If your purchase did not give you the beautiful results you had hoped for, send it back within 60 days in new or gently used condition and we'll happily help you find a better solution - or process a refund. Returns made within 60 days from date of shipment will be refunded in original tender less shipping charges if applicable. Buyers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping. We'll pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Item(s) must be received within 60 days from date of shipment. After 60 days, you will be given an online merchandise credit only. All items are eligible for return unless mostly or entirely used. Gift cards or gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and follow the directions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. On the day that we ship your order, we will email you the tracking number for your package so that you could track its delivery status online. Shipping options available are:
USPS First Class Mail - Arrives within 2-7 days and limited to packages under 14 ounces.
USPS Priority Mail - Arrives within 2-3 business days. (Includes up to $50 of insurance with most shipments, some restrictions apply)
USPS Express Mail – Arrives within 1-2 days. (Includes up to $100 of insurance with most shipments, some restrictions apply)
*In some cases, orders weighing over 5lbs will be shipped via Fedex Home Delivery which will arrive in 2-7 days.
*If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before noon Pacific Standard Time to be processed and shipped on the same day.
Sorry, free shipping is not offered for international orders. Shipping rates will be calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Please be aware that there is a chance that your package may be held at customs for further inspection before it is sent to you. We take every effort with ur shipping practices to reduce the chance that this will occur, but it still may happen.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all orders via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and in some cases FEDEX. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery is generated--so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure. We are also not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office or FEDEX location, after that, it is out of our control. You now have the option to purchase Endicia Parcel Insurance at checkout for $5.00, which insures your package against theft, loss or damage during transit or after it is delivered for the full invoice amount. When this happens, we will file the claim and reimburse you directly.
